The place is beautiful like the pictures. However, parking is very tight and neighbors are unwelcoming while trying to figure out check in instructions. Also unfortunately my guests and I received unknown bites throughout stay. And I’m still being bit at home now having to call exterminator. Be cautious to check luggage when leaving.

I unfortunately had a last minute situation and could not make it to this trip, but my group let me know that they loved every moment of their stay. Before they even arrived, Bryce was providing very clear instructions and how to check-in, find parking, find different things they'd need during their stay, etc. Once checking in, they immediately loved the apartment. Our stay at the PH was wonderful. My children were thrilled! The pictures and descriptions are spot on. Bryce and Linda gave very clear instructions for checkin and checkout. The gates and security cameras gave a piece of mind for our family especially when coming in at night. We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the views and sounds of Puerto Rico. Our stay was great, Amazing views! Beds and linens were comfortable, big closets, living spaces had lots of room to spread out, kitchen has everything you need, bathrooms were nice, garage parking was a plus.

I absolutely loved this place and would go back! Bryce was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. The garage was easy to get into and out we had a mid size SUV and it fit perfectly! Everything was close and not to far from Condado beach.

This place has wrap around views, viewing the mountains in the country side to the beach and everything in between. There’s a cute local restaurant and convenience stores walkable from the apartment. The restaurant is one of Bad Bunny’s favorite and is sooo good. The convenience store is perfect for grabbing waters, soft drinks and snacks. Bryce is very thorough with check in instructions making it an easy process. The back elevator has no air conditioning and is really small. Bathrooms and mirrors could have been cleaned a little more as I went to clean the bathroom mirrors myself when I arrived. Yet, all of my guest (6) had ample amount of room with two of them not having to share a room. So if you’re looking for a place that will overly accommodate your group this is it. Not to mention the amount of full bathrooms was pure luxury. I definitely felt luxurious staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse in Puerto Rico. The location is excellent—close to everything and super convenient. Our family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at Casa Monteflores. The condominium was large enough where we each had the privacy we needed but also plenty of room for us to gather together.

The condo was well equipped with beach towels, kitchen was well stocked, and having a washer and dryer helped us a lot. The condo has a lot of storage space which allowed us to unpack and feel at home.

The view from the condo was spectacular!

Bryce and Linda were very communicative and responsive (especially when we locked ourselves out)

We were on the fence trying to decide whether to rent a car for the week but instead decided to use Uber and were glad we did. Not only did we save money but getting around was a lot easier w/out having to worry about parking around San Juan. The location of the condo was such that most rides were 10 - 15 minutes. For seeing more distant parts of the island, we relied on booking tours that provided transportation. We highly recommend Casa Monteflores

What an amazing find . Our group of 8 found this penthouse suite very spacious, luxurious, modern, stylish and just awesome. The suite came with a parking spot but finding street parking for our other car was not a big deal. The host was very responsive and the place felt like a million bucks. We are so lucky to have found this place, as it made our stay beyond perfect..

Great location. Only minutes away from all main areas. Hosts were very responsive. Penthouse was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing! Walking distance to the famous La Casita Blanca restaurant. Kitchen was stocked with all several kitchen appliances and ingredients to cook. Everything we tried worked great. The ac unit in each room was wonderful and adjusted to exactly how cold or warm we wanted it to. The hosts did a great job to provide items for their guests such as aloe vera, sunscreen, beach towels, beach bags,extra bathing towels, etc. The back patio was so relaxing and quiet. The condo is quiet, we never saw or heard any Neighbor’s in the 5 days we stayed there. There is a garage for one mid size vehicle, so it was great that our host mentioned to us before we rented a suv. It was nice to have a reserved parking spot without searching for one. As the host mentioned, the elevator to the unit is very small and slow but it wasn’t bad at all. We would stay here again!

Spent a week at la Casa Montflores for Thanksgiving and we had a great time. The place is a beautiful penthouse with 360° panoramic views of San Juan and the surrounding mountains and beaches. The views were amazing while enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks on the terrace overlooking San Juan.

Plenty of space for the 7 of us with everyone feeling like they had their own privacy too.

Location allows you easy access to the highway for exploring PR. This was our 1st time in PR so driving was always a bit of an adventure with narrow, hilly streets as you navigate around.

Our own Private parking with closed garage was a huge plus.

Highlights were Crash Boat Beach (90 mins), Luquillo Beach and the Kioskos (40 mins), Old San Juan (10mins), Ocean Lab Brewery (15 mins) and the local beach at Ocean Park (1 mile from house).

Finally…Bryce was very responsive offering suggestions on things to do and places to eat, as well as communicating during check in and check out. Great trip

We had an amazing time visiting Puerto Rico! Bryce’s place was very centrally located with private gated access and garage! The place was just as seen in pictures but the pictures don’t do the view justice. We had a small leak in one of the rooms when we arrived as it had just been raining a lot and Bryce responded to the situation without hesitation. He ubered us some supplies to get the linens clean and some beers! He was very professional and made sure we felt okay the whole weekend ! When we come back to PR we are staying here again!

We had a fabulous time in Bryce‘s penthouse. Six of us had lots of room to spread out or to gather together for a meal, both are hot buttons for us because we love to cook and gather as a family. This was perfect!!! I was also initally worried about the walkability of the area. However, we were 25 minute walk from La Placita de Santurce or down to Calle Loiza for fabulous breakfast at the famous Kasalta and then a fun day at the beach. All very doable and safe but importantly you’re getting to be a part of the real Puerto Rico. Bryce’s communication was impecable! We had an issue that was dealt with immediately and graciously. And what more can be said about the tremendous view?? We soaked it up from morning until night. Thank you for a great stay!

Bryce and Linda were great hosts! On our return trip to PR, we decided to stay inbook an AirBnB instead of staying at a resort due to traveling with the whole family. I can honestly say that we did not miss a thing here! From the first night of our stay, they welcomed our family and the communication was easy and prompt. They took care of all our needs and went above and beyond. The location is safe and accessible to restaurants, beaches, and sites. I would not hesitate to book with them again if their place is available on our return trips.

Great Penthouse.

The apartment is very spacious, with modern amenities and a beautiful view over the city and the ocean.

The neighborhood might look a bit dated, but it’s what real San Juan is, busy, lively and friendly.

The soundproofing is impressive, we were never bothered by all the street life or the neighbors.

You can get to a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance and if you have a car, having a dedicated garage is a life saver.

The hosts were extremely helpful and reactive.

Overall, great place and great experience, we will definitely come back.

The condo is situated in a prime location, offering easy access to both San Juan and the amazing beaches of the north coast. The condo was spotless, beds super comfortable with awesome linens. Watching the planes coming in for landings was one of our favorite ways to end the day. My recent stay at Condomino Monteflores, was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in the vibrant heart of Santurce PR, this charming retreat exceeded all my expectations.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by easy instructions from the host, who made us feel instantly at home. The check-in process was seamless, and we were delighted to find the accommodations even more inviting than pictured. The space was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated with local touches, and equipped with every amenity we could have desired.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking 360 San Juan view from all the rooms of the apartment . Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine at night, the panoramic vistas were simply mesmerizing.

The location couldn't have been better. 2- 10 minutes from everything including airport. As a person born and raised in PR and now residing in CA, I highly recommend this property!

The place was amazing ...I traveled with 2 other ladies and immediately from check in we felt safe knowing the residence couldnt be enter by anyone but residents...You also had to have a key to exit...Upon entering the place was Spotless and you could smell cleaning supplies...All of the beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure...The kitchen was well equipment, carried your everyday spices also it hosted a full bath w/shower......Now the best part was the balcony we spent most of our time out there enjoying the view and how peaceful it was at all times of the day....The parking was a blessing because there literally is no parking available on the street...The location was also great about 15-20 minutes from Old San Juan even when we took and uber there it was anywhere between 7 - 15 bucks each way....We are already planning to come back and stay here ....Bryce was a great Host and answered/handle all questions/concerns in a brisk and proficient manner...5 Stars

OMG! This is the #1 to stay at. Very clean, excellent floor plan, and very private. I love windows and patio; this place has enough. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Has four showers, talk about accommodation. We had minor water issues but overall the location, style and layout of this home gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We loved our stay at Bryce’s beautiful condo. We were a group of colleagues sharing the space and also meeting there. The views and amenities are unparalleled and the space is gorgeous. One thing to know is that the 4th bedroom is not really private - it is separated by a curtain rather than a door- so for our purposes it wasn’t useable (we were a group of colleagues rather than friends or family). We ended up using it as a shared office space instead. The other three bedrooms are fabulous with lots of natural light and well equipped. The balcony is also gorgeous and has incredible views. It was a little complicated getting in and out of the building but we did appreciate feeling secure. We also cooked a lot and the kitchen was very well equipped for that. There are even games and a Bluetooth speaker. Bryce was very responsive when questions came up. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this gorgeous space highly!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. You can tell that time was taken to properly renovate and make this feel like a million bucks. You will not be disappointed in the luxury feel of this place and the views are BEYOND beautiful from every window and room.

The media and entertainment was also great. There are nice TVs in the master bedroom and living room and there are even great speakers that you can use to play your music through via wi-fi so that you can listen to whatever you fancy.

The only downside was getting into/out of the gate and garage. It can be a little tricky getting in and out, but Bryce was extremely responsive the entire trip and quite literally picked up the phone EVERY time we called him. The gate situation is not really within the host's control as that is owned by the building itself, but the positive is that the host was able to remotely open the gate for us whenever we had issues. The host also mentioned that he is working with the building and is looking to implement a better system to make it easier for guests in the future.

Overall, this was a great place and I would highly recommend. I definitely plan on staying here again if I take another trip with a sizable group! Thanks Bryce!

I am well-traveled at this point, but Bryce’s home was nothing short of amazing. It was definitely one of my top 2 Airbnb stays. The veranda with the views were the best part of the home creating the relaxing birthday trip that we wanted. We stayed lounging outside for the majority of the trip. We were a group of 3 and we all loved that we could comfortably spread out and have our own space. The individual ac units and strong wifi were a big plus too. Bryce had wine waiting for us, and the fridge was also stocked with water bottles and condiments. Every detail was thought of in this place. His home is also centrally located to the airport, beach and popular areas of San Juan all within 10-20 minutes of the penthouse. Staying at this place was truly our favorite part of our week long trip. A few days we skipped going out just to enjoy the home. Getting in and out of the unit was the only thing that was difficult, but when we had any questions or concerns, Bryce quickly answered every message and was eager to help us out. Bryce’s home was the best part of our trip and I would go back to PR just to stay at his home! 10/10

The beds and pillows are super comfy- We slept well. AC works fantastic even had to turn it off a few times because it was so cold. That’s a bonus here! The PH was very clean! I appreciate how well stocked everything was. We stayed for 6 days and didn’t need to purchase or ask for any household supplies. Having kids this is amazing. This is in San Juan so it’s close to everything without the big crowds of tourists. It has private parking and is very secure so we felt super safe. The gate is a little old so you have to keep messing with the clicker and the building could use a little paint on the outside, but the penthouse more than makes up for it. It also doesn’t have a toaster or an oven but we didn’t need an oven and used the air fryer to make toast. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. I didn’t want to leave! Just the sounds of the night and views on the balcony while drinking the house provided wine were spectacular. We had an amazing experience and would book again.

Casa Monteflores is as beautiful as the pictures convey. It is large enough for everyone to have their space, yet there are great gathering areas. Bryce has stocked the penthouse with everything you would need including beach towels and sun screen. I was concerned that the window air conditioners might not be enough, but they kept the rooms very comfortable. There is a view of the ocean from every window and the view at night is incredible. If we go back to Puerto Rico, I plan on staying here. Bryce was an incredible host.

Bryce was a wonderful host. We appreciated his hospitality, checking in our team, for all the suggestions he made on places to eat and the extras that were provided. We had such a productive week and our long days were made easier because we came "home" to such a wonderful place. When we get the opportunity to return to Puerto Rico, I will definitely seek out this property again.
